About the Program
The Belle Program provides opportunities for young women to:

Program Requirements
Participants in the Belle Program must:
- Be between the ages of 17-21
- Demonstrate a commitment to community service
- Attend scheduled Belle Program events and meetings
- Participate in Symphony League fundraising activities
- Be presented at the annual Belle Ball
